What we wish we’d had when we were getting started.
Social media isn’t built well for learning. Important process details get cut because videos have to move fast. Recipe videos get lost. Answers to questions disappear in the comments section. We don’t see your DMs.
That’s why we built Really Good. Yeah, it has recipes, sausage ingredient calculators, hosting playbooks, and progressive video-based learning tracks for things like brisket, ribs, fire management and sausage, but the coolest part has been watching people become more confident in the way they cook.
People trusting their instincts more. Understanding the “why.” Developing their own style around food and fire.
One thing we didn’t fully expect was how valuable individualized cook feedback would become.
Members post briskets, ribs, sausage, chicken — whatever they’re working on — and we jump in with real troubleshooting and feedback specific to their cook.
It’s what we wish we’d had when we were getting started. And we think it’s really good.
