Charleston S.C. area small group catering.

For carnivores and herbivores alike: we roll up with the smoker and everything needed to host 15-30 people for a meal that features craft smoked meats, veggies, and house-made sauces. You just need to bring the crew!

Current menu includes: 

• Texas Style Brisket
• Carolina Style Hog
• Tofu Hash & Rice
• Refried Beans & Rice
• Pimento Cheese
• Bright Mop Sauce Salad
• House made BBQ and hot sauces
• Pickled Vegetables
• Fruit Cobbler

For $80 per person you get all you can eat, the leftovers, all service wear, prep, clean up. At checkout you will pay a $300 deposit that goes towards the meal.

We will reach out via email to finalize the menu, determine headcount, and schedule timing.

Must live within 25 miles of Charleston, South Carolina.
